Marking Business Locations for Deletion 
Use
You can only archive a business location record if it is marked for deletion.
Procedure

Location
Change
.
The Change Business Location: Initial Screen appears.
Enter the location ID of the business location that you want to mark for deletion.
If you only want to archive data specific to a business type, you also enter the business type.
Choose
Goto
Location
data
Address.
The Change Business Location: Address screen appears.
Select Entry to be deleted in the Status information data section.
Save your selection.
The initial screen for changing the business location master record appears. The message Business location <location ID> has been changed appears at the bottom of the screen.
Removing the Entry to be deleted indicator
To remove the Entry to be deleted indicator in a business location master record (in cases where the indicator was erroneously set or the location data is to be retained), use the same steps as when setting the Entry to be deleted indicator. This time, however, you clear the Entry to be deleted indicator.
Note
When you set the Entry to be deleted indicator, the system automatically sets the Entry is blocked indicator as well. When you clear the Entry to be deleted indicator, you may also need to clear the Entry is blocked indicator manually, depending on the configuration of your system.
