Extrapolation for Resetting Registers

Extrapolation of resetting registers is limited to determining the previous meter reading and increasing it by 1. For the preparation of multiple resetting registers, the expected meter reading is determined from the previous meter reading plus the number of meter reading orders created between the previous meter reading and the current meter reading.
