FSADV Report (Electronic Data Communication of Exemption Applications): Creating the File

You can use this function to create the file according to the electronic data communication of exemption applications (FSADV). In the context of the FSADV report, the utilized exemption applications (annual utilization) is transmitted to the tax authorities.

Prerequisites

The data is stored in the data store of the FSADV reports on the database.

Procedure

To create the data tape, specify the following selection parameters.

Selection Parameters	Description
Bank key	Specify the bank key for the FSADV reports.
Reporting period	Specify the tax year for which you want the FSADV report created.
Number of the delivery	The FSADV report is created multiple times during the tax year. Here, you enter the highest sequential number.
Package quantity for selection	Enter the package quantity. The system divides the number of read packages by the package quantity and thus defines the package size.
Maximum number of parallel processes	Specify how many parallel processes you wish to start simultaneously.
Server group	Using the server group you define which application servers can be used for parallel processing and to what extent.

Result

The file is output according the the path defined on the screen.

The system creates a content log to control the report file.
You can simulate creation of the file for checking or reconciliation purposes.
