Requesting the revenue list. You can create the revenue list upon the request of an individual customer, or periodically, once a year for all customers. The revenue list is used in addition to the annual statement according to paragraph 24c (German tax law) as proof to the customer of which revenues have been processed with regard to tax and stored in the withholding tax module.
Revenue data is saved in the withholding tax module.
You can call up the revenue list with the following entries:
Selection Parameters |

Close spool |
If this field is empty, the spool system automatically adds other spool requests that have the same attributes (output device, client in which the request is generated, number of copies, priority). |
Number of planned jobs |
Defines the number of batch processes started in parallel in the context of parallel processing. |
External run ID |
Customer-specific external ID of a mass run. |

A revenue list enables you to have all capital yields of a business partner or individual accounts within a tax year or a certain period displayed and printed.
The revenue list provides a detailed overview of all revenues of an account or business partner that the CYT module has processed. In addition to displaying the revenue itself, the following data is also recorded:
CYT area
Taxpayer
Account number
Type of revenue
Due date of revenue
Posting date of the revenue or payment day
Calculation time period
Interest rate/average interest rate
Gross revenue
Interest income tax
Reunification tax
If applicable, the reason for non-taxation is recorded. These reasons can be:
BB = No deduction - trivial amount
BP = No deduction - trivial interest
FA = No deduction - exemption application
FG = No deduction - exemption limit
NV = No deduction - non-assessment certificate
The development process of the exemption amount is logged in addition to the revenue details listed above, meaning that the revenue list also includes a history of the exemption amount usage.
The standard CYT system provides a template for the revenue list. Copy this template and adapt it to suit the customer's requirements.
