Identifying Relevant ERP Account Groups 

Use

In the ERP system, analyze the account groups and their assigned number ranges. Determine which ERP account groups you use in the ERP system to create customer master records that are to be replicated to the CRM system.

Note the number range, the number range interval, and the type of number assignment for each ERP account group so that this data is available for the following process steps.

Procedure

       1.      Select an ERP account group.

       2.      Choose Details (F2).

       3.      An overview table of the number ranges appears.
Select the field Number Range and choose F4 to get the interval for this number range.
The Ext. field indicates whether the number range is internal or external.

       4.      Note the number range, the number range interval, and the type of number assignment.
