  • Users must have the role SAP_CRM_OR_USER assigned in both the CRM and BI clients to access reports. This role contains all authorizations a user needs to execute BI reports and display BI query results. It does not cover any rights concerning UI applications.

    The role SAP_CRM_UIU_ANALTYICSPRO already contains roleSAP_CRM_OR_USER.

  • If you plan to use customer extension fields in CRM, the user also needs to have role SAP_CRM_OR_ACTIVATE assigned in the BI client.

  • To automatically synchronize users between the CRM and the BI clients, you have to configure central user administration (transaction BD64) accordingly.

  • The standard delivered business role ANALYTICSPRO allows users to access all CRM and BI interactive reports and to create CRM interactive reports.

  • The following business roles allow access to some CRM interactive report areas:

    • SALESPRO

    • MARKETINGPRO

    • IC_MANAGER

    • IC_AGENT
