Authorizations and Roles 
Users must have the role SAP_CRM_OR_USER assigned in both the CRM and BI clients to access reports. This role contains all authorizations a user needs to execute BI reports and display BI query results. It does not cover any rights concerning UI applications.
Note
The role SAP_CRM_UIU_ANALTYICSPRO already contains roleSAP_CRM_OR_USER.
If you plan to use customer extension fields in CRM, the user also needs to have role SAP_CRM_OR_ACTIVATE assigned in the BI client.
To automatically synchronize users between the CRM and the BI clients, you have to configure central user administration (transaction BD64) accordingly.
The standard delivered business role ANALYTICSPRO allows users to access all CRM and BI interactive reports and to create CRM interactive reports.
The following business roles allow access to some CRM interactive report areas:
SALESPRO
MARKETINGPRO
IC_MANAGER
IC_AGENT
