Integration of Processes in the User Interface 
In the CRM WebClient the defined processes are integrated in the user role UTIL_IC for the Quotation Management and Contract Management applications.
For this scenario, we differentiate between processes at document level and processes at item level. The processes allocated in Customizing are available on the user interface in the following places:
Document header pushbutton Processes, which leads to a selection dialog box to start the defined processes.
Process level check box, which provides the relevant processes for the selected items of a document. These items can be checked with regard to their executability and then started. To display any messages, choose the Process Log pushbutton.
