Defining Product Tax Groups 

Use

To assign the CRM product tax group to the CRM tax type so that product tax assignment settings can be made for master data replication.

Prerequisites

Product tax types have been defined and downloaded.

Procedure

In CRM Customizing:

...

       1.      Choose Customer Relationship Management  ® Basic Functions  ® Taxes ® Basic Settings ® Tax Types and Tax Groups  ®Define Tax Types and Tax Groups.

       2.      Select a tax type.

Product tax types are defined in ERP. Only product tax types that have been defined and downloaded are available.

       3.      Select Define Product Tax Groups.

       4.      Enter the Country.

       5.      Enter the Tax Type.

       6.      Enter the Tax Group.

 

In CRM you can define a product tax group with up to 20 alpha-numerical characters. Maintain CRM product tax groups so that they correspond to the ERP tax classification.

       7.      Choose Save.
