Business Agreements in the Interaction Center 

Use

You can search for the customer's business agreements in the Interaction Center WebClient. When you confirm the business agreement, the system also identifies the account to which it belongs. Once the business agreement has been confirmed, the system automatically displays the objects found for the business agreement when you access dependent functions (such as the account balance, dunning notices, invoices). This means you do not need to search for objects for the business agreement when you access these functions.

Integration

When you confirm the business agreement, the system documents it so that you can use it again in other business transactions. You can link the business agreement to the current contact.

When you confirm a business agreement, the system inserts the data on the business agreement in the business object context.
