Configuration Notes
You must make the following business process settings for process steps in the SAP Solution Manager to configure the FI-CA-specific business scenarios in the Interaction Center:
These configuration settings are found in the SAP Solution Managerat process step level on the Configuration tab page.

Some of the process steps in this process can be executed in the Interaction Center Win Client and the Interaction Center Web Client.
However, the Settings for the Interaction Center Web Client are the only relevant settings for the telecommunications-specific business scenario, since this business scenario is only available in the Interaction Center Web Client.
Settings for the Interaction Center Web Client are found on the Configuration tab page below the line with the description Only for IC WebClient!.
