Activating Services 
You have to activate certain services for SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM) interactive reporting to function properly.
Complete the following settings in SAP CRM.
Go to transaction Maintain Services (SICF).
Under the hierarchy type Service, choose .
Right-click the crm_op_query service and activate it.
Right-click the crm_or_mime service and activate it.
Save your entries.
Choose .
Right-click the bsp_crm_flexbse service and activate it.
Save your entries.
