You have to activate certain services for SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM) interactive reporting to function properly.

Procedure

Complete the following settings in SAP CRM.

  1. Go to transaction Maintain Services (SICF).

  2. Under the hierarchy type Service, choose   default_host   sap   crm  .

  3. Right-click the crm_op_query service and activate it.

  4. Right-click the crm_or_mime service and activate it.

  5. Save your entries.

  6. Choose   default_host   sap   bc   bsp   sap  .

  7. Right-click the bsp_crm_flexbse service and activate it.

  8. Save your entries.
