Loading Materials and Services 

Use

You use this procedure to load products and service information to the CDB.

SAP recommends that you perform the initial load for territories before loading the business partner data and product data.

Procedure

Transaction	R3AS Use R3AS4 to synchronize between CRM and CDB when there is a change in the Customizing data.
SAP Easy Access	Architecture and Technology ® Middleware ® Data Exchange ® Initial Load ® Start To synchronize between CRM and CDB when there is a change in the Customizing data, choose Architecture and Technology ® Middleware ® Data Exchange ® Synchronization ® Synchronize Objects.

       1.      In the Load Object field, enter

○       PRODUCT_MAT and PRODUCT_IL_MAT for materials

○       PRODUCT_SRV and PRODUCT_IL_SRV for services

       2.      In the Source Site field enter the site ID of the sending system and in the Destination Site field enter the site ID of the receiving system.

       3.      To activate the replication, choose Execute.
