Background documentation Authorizations in FI-CA for Financial Customer Care  Locate the document in its SAP Library structure

The RFC user used to access FI-CA from Financial Customer Care must have the following authorizations:

·        RFC authorization

·        All the necessary authorizations for the FI-CA processes (like FI-CA user in SAP ECC)

·        Authorization for transaction FKKCRM_AUTH_CHECK, which is used to check every RFC call for FCC.
