Activate/Deactivate Contract Level in Financial Customer Care 

You can activate and deactivate contract (VTREF) display in some views in the Financial Customer Care Interaction Center (for example, display of the contract level in the account balance, preselection of open items by business partner and by contract for creating installment plans).

The contract level is displayed using a central setting in FI-CA. The switch is selected in event 2835 (parameter EV_CONTRACT_SUPPORTED). In the standard delivery (function module FKK_SAMPLE_2835), this takes place according to the industry.

In event 2811, the system determines a list of the contract accounts and contracts according to the identification data confirmed in the IC WebClient, and according to the central switch (see function module FKK_SAMPLE_2811).
