Mass-Object Controlling
In mass-object controlling, costs and revenues can be posted to a profitability segment from a business transaction. The values can be analyzed immediately in the Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
Each business transaction item is posted to the profitability segment by means of the goods issue for delivery in SAP R/3, services are posted through the confirmation.
Revenues are determined using SAP CRM Billing, transferred to SAP R/3 and posted directly to the profitability segment.
The following characteristics are also available in the Profitability Analysis:

Customer enhancements can be used to transfer additional characteristics from SAP CRM to CO-PA for evaluation. For this purpose, include the additional SAP CRM characteristics from the PACRMSRV (CRM Service) and PACRMSLS (CRM Sales) tables of origin in the operating concern used.
A controlling scenario cannot be set up for mass-object controlling.
Here the controlling type can also be controlled separately using data, the SAP CRM transaction types, the service organization and the sales organization.
