Process Flow

...

       1.      In addition to the customizing and master data objects loaded to the CDB, load the planning data with the load object PLAN_DATA_MSG. For more information, see Loading Offline Planning Data.

       2.      In the CRM server, run the program CRM_SEM_LAYOUT to load the planning layouts. For more information, see Loading Offline Planning Layouts to the CDB.

       3.      Subscribe to the necessary publications for the business scenario. For more information, see Publications for Field Opportunity Management.

Note

Make sure you have subscribed to the following publications specific to offline planning:

§         Promotion Planning Data

       4.      Run ConnTrans to load the data to the mobile client. For more information, see Synchronizing Data.

Note

In the Mobile Workbench, you can maintain customizing settings in the Mobile Application Studio (MAS) related to the business object BOTSPHELPER. This customizing helper object allows you to change the properties within a specific tile. If you create your own InfoObjects, you need to maintain the relationship between the technical name of the InfoObject and its business name in the system. By maintaining the settings in this helper object, you do not have to modify the code to show changes in the use of InfoObjects

Result

You have loaded the customizing, planning data, and planning layouts required to do offline planning in the Field Opportunity Management with Mobile Sales scenario.
