You can create and change master agreements in SAP CRM. Changes are transferred via middleware to SAP IS-U, where they are processed by the master data generator. In SAP CRM, you can allocate single contracts to a master agreement. This allocation is automatically replicated in SAP IS-U using the single contract from SAP CRM, and is stored in a single contract in SAP IS-U. When billing has to be executed, the system interprets this allocation and automatically executes multiple-contract billing. The whole process is part of the standard system.
