You follow these steps to maintain Customizing settings in CRM such as:

1. Specify the planning profile group to use and the planning profiles for this group in Customizing for CRM, by choosing Account Planning ® Key Figure Planning ® Define Planning Profile Groups.
2. Use territories to define relationships between employees responsible and business partners. For more information, see Assigning Employee to Territory and Assigning Business Partner to Territory.
Alternatively, you can maintain settings for partner/product ranges (PPRs) to define the employee responsible for a business partner and the corresponding product dimensions. For more information, see Creating Partner/Product Ranges.
