You can control access to the info center, differentiated for the single user groups. This function controls access to information.

Prerequisites

You have imported the complete directory structure, and you have administrator rights for the Knowledge Management component in your SAP NetWeaver Portal.

Activities

Choose   KM Admin   Repositories   and in the iView sapcrm select the directories that you want to change access rights for.

Furthermore, we recommend that you keep the default settings in SAP Note 578947 in your implementation of the Knowledge Management component.
