The following information is specific to configuration of the Software Agent Framework (SAF) in SAP CRM.

You can access Customizing for the Software Agent Framework by choosing   Customer Relationship Management   Enterprise Intelligence   Software Agent Framework  .

If you are only configuring the SAF for use with the Solution Database, in the Customizing activity Name and Configure Knowledge Base, you only need to enter language-specific descriptions for the following knowledge bases:

  • SDB_PROBLEMS

  • SDB_SOLUTIONS

  • SDB_SOLUTIONS_DOC
