Replication of Customer Hierarchy 

Purpose

You can map the customer hierarchy in the ERP system to the account hierarchy in the CRM system.

Process Flow

The process is divided into the following steps:

●      Executing the initial load of the table KNVH (customer hierarchy) from the ERP system to CRM system.
You start the initial load of the table in CRM Middleware.

●      Monitoring the replication status of the initial load.

●      Analyzing the table KNVH and creating account hierarchies in the CRM system.

To run the analysis and create the account hierarchies, you have to start the transaction BPH_DNL in the CRM system.

On completion, the delta load is activated automatically.
