Use

To replicate business partners between ERP and CRM, you have to synchronize the field settings for the business partner and ERP customer master. If, for example, a field in the target system has the setting Required Entry Field, then replication will only be successful if the corresponding field in the sending system is filled with data. Therefore, it is necessary that the corresponding field in the sending system likewise has the setting Required Entry Field.

To avoid replication errors, the master records in the source and target system must have the same required entry fields. Please check these entries especially in the following cases:

·        If you have changed the optional entry to required entry fields in the ERP or CRM system.

·        If you have to replicate consumers with the ERP account group 0170.

Logistics - General ® Business Partner ® Customers ® Control ® Define Account Groups and Field Selection for Customers

       1.      Choose an account group that is relevant for mapping.

       2.      Choose Details.

       3.      Double-click the text General Data in screen area Field Status.

       4.      Double-click on each of the different entries (for example, Address) in the Select Group area.
The corresponding field is displayed.

       5.      Repeat these steps for all field status areas (company code data, sales data).

       6.      In the CRM system, choose in Customizing Cross-Application Components ® SAP Business Partner ® Business Partner ® Basic Settings ® Field Groupings ® Configure Field Attributes per BP Role.

       7.      Choose the business partner roles that correspond to the account group and check if the required entry fields are identical.
