  • Search related interaction records using various criteria, including free text, related specific business agreement, related premise, and so on

  • Predefine frequently searched criteria using a Business Add-In or Customizing activity

  • Set a maximum number of records that should be returned in search results (the default limit is 100 records)

  • Display details of an interaction record
