You have made the settings in Customizing for the Add-On under CRM Cross-Application Components SAP Jam Integration SAP CRM BO Change Notification using SAP NetWeaver Gateway .
You have activated the business function Enable SAP Jam SAP CRM Integration (CRM_SWI_1).

The following additional function is available for the integration of SAP Jam with SAP CRM:

You can receive notifications for the following business objects (BO) as a feed if a change is made to the BO or a follow-up transaction is created for the BO:

Accounts
Business transactions
Campaigns
Marketing plans

In SAP Jam, you see predefined content for the BO in addition to the feed.

If related sales orders or quotations exist for the CRM BO in SAP ERP, these are displayed in SAP Jam on the tab pages Sales Orders or Quotations.

Change notifications are available in English.

You can select these feeds using additional filters on the home page in the assignment block SAP Jam Feeds.

You can only receive a feed if you are following a BO. Several changes that are made collectively are displayed in a feed. You view these feeds in SAP Jam and in the WebClient UI on the home page in the feeds assignment block.

You can make Customizing settings to define the changes and follow-up transactions for which feeds are to be generated.

Note Note

You can only create a change notification if the user who processes the BOs in SAP CRM has also been created in SAP Jam.
