For the integration of FCC and SAP Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA), you need to maintain Customizing settings for Customer Relationship Management

(CRM_PS_PLANNED_PAYMENTS_CNA) is available to you in Customizing for Customer Relationship Management

Eligibility determination supports rule-based determination of eligibility periods in the decision-making process. Periods within a decision period for an SSP are distinguished here according to whether a requester meets the criteria for a benefit entitlement. In addition to automatic period determination, you can also define eligibility periods manually for an SSP in the WebClient UI. Periods with the the status Eligible
or Not Eligible
are mandatory data required for the subsequent entitlement determination process step (see Eligibility Determination).
In Customizing for the social service plan, you use the decision category to define separate or combined processing of the eligibility determination and the entitlement determination. Separate processing supports the organizational separation of both process steps in two different SSP business transactions. Alternatively, you can define combined processing of both process steps in an SSP business transaction (see Decision Category).
If you have used the Social Services solution in an earlier release or enhancement package level, the migration program CRM_4S_3_MANUAL_MIGRATION
is available to you for existing SSP types. The migration run is started automatically when this business function is activated. This program defines the decision category Eligibility & Entitlement Decision
in the existing SSP types. This means that social service plans from an earlier release or enhancement package level are configured for combined processing of these process steps. If an error occurs, you must start the migration run manually (see program determination). Note that the migration run may require a longer period if a large dataset is involved.
The decision chain offers you an aggregated view of predecessor and subsequent decisions for a social benefit requested in the CRM WebClient UI The decision chain contains an overall view of the eligibility periods, entitlement items and resulting gross entitlement and payment amounts for all approved and activated decisions. From the decision chain, you can navigate from each entitlement item to the associated approved decision or the current social service plans being processed (see Decision Chain).
A cross-system archiving scenario is provided to archive Social Services data. Archiving of Social Services data in SAP CRM initiates the archiving of the associated Social Service data in SAP ERP. You define CRM-driven archiving of Social Services data in the Customizing settings for SAP ERP. Alternatively, separate data archiving is supported for both systems (see Data Archiving in Social Services).
The accounting adapter, which has a modular structure, performs communication of Social Services with the accounting system SAP Public Sector Collection and Disbursement (PSCD). In the CRM WebClient UI, the system displays the data read, for example the status information from accounting and the overviews of planned payments (see Accounting Adapter).
The system uses the accounting overviews to display various data from SAP Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA) from an account that you select. It uses various modules from the Financial Customer Care (FCC) component to do so. Overviews display the following data:
Account Balance: Overview
Account History
Payment List
Invoice Search
For more information, see Accounting Overviews.
The system reads and combines selected data from various sources in the overviews of planned payments:
Net calculation documents in the ERP System
Status data from PSCD using the accounting adapter
For more information, see Overviews of Planned Payments.
