Territory determination in business transactions
Territory determination does not take place in Mobile Sales. If, however, a sales representative is assigned to several territories, the system administrator can set one of the territories as the default in MSY. In Mobile Sales, the sales representative can change the default territory.
In the Business Partner
component, you can override rule-based assignment of a territory to a business partner. You can select one of the directly or indirectly assigned territories as Override Rule
