When a user selects an exchange part in the product catalog in the B2B Web shop, additional product attributes for these exchange parts are shown in addition to the standard attributes as described in Product Catalog Display in the Web Shop.
You have defined a method schema in SAP CRM for determining remanufactured and original products, and assigned it to the Web shop on the Marketing tab page in the Shop Management application.
In the product overview list, two columns are relevant for the exchange parts function:
Exchange Part
Products are flagged if there are exchange parts. This information is taken from the product master.
Remanufacturable
Defines whether the product can be remanufactured or not.
When you select the product details, the following attributes are displayed:
Validity period
The system determines this attribute from the entitlement in SAP CRM.
Settlement period
The system determines this attribute from the entitlement in SAP CRM.
Core deposit
The system determines this attribute using the Internet Pricing and Configurator (IPC).
Direct purchase price
The system determines this attribute using the IPC.
In addition, an extra tab page is displayed:
Remanufactured / New Product
This tab page displays details of remanufactured or original products related to the exchange product. The system determines these products using the Marketing method schema.
