You can use this business function to enhance usability and functionality of the loyalty management application in SAP CRM. New major functionality such as benefits, voucher handling, sales order integration, complaints integration, outbound correspondence, enhanced card management, and membership enhancements are provided as a part of this business function.

To use this function, you must activate the business function Marketing Productivity (CRM_MKT_PRD
).
You can run voucher campaigns as a part of your loyalty programs. You can now execute integrated voucher campaigns to target loyalty program members with personalized mass vouchers and point-consuming vouchers.
