Features

Voucher Handling

You can run voucher campaigns as a part of your loyalty programs. You can now execute integrated voucher campaigns to target loyalty program members with personalized mass vouchers and point-consuming vouchers.

Benefits

You can offer benefits to your loyalty program members at a tier level based on rules or let them buy certain benefits for a fee. You can also increase the value of your loyalty programs or encourage specific customer behavior by offering benefits tailored to specific tiers.

Enhanced Card Management

You can now manage loyalty membership cards with enhanced features to support card creation. You can now create different card types. You can change tiers or replace cards following tier upgrades. You can also manage lost and stolen cards. You can now integrate card handling, card fee handling, and temporary cards with external card service providers.
