You have activated the business function HCM, Integration with Shared Services Interaction Center 3
(HCM_SSC_EIC_3) in your HR system.
Using service configurator, the Shared Services Framework enables you to:
Model new processes as per SSO requirement with the help of Decision-based Checklist and HCM Processes and Forms in SAP CRM and SAP HR respectively.
Remodel existing processes in HCM Processes and Forms to suite the SSO requirements by adding activities wherein SSO members can be included.
Integrate a HCM process to a service request.
Control the SSO backend process by adding manual and/or automated steps to existing HCM processes. These steps can be added at the beginning, in the middle, or at the end of an HCM process.
