  • You have activated the business function HCM, Integration with Shared Services Interaction Center 3 (HCM_SSC_EIC_3) in your HR system.

Features

Using service configurator, the Shared Services Framework enables you to:

  • Model new processes as per SSO requirement with the help of Decision-based Checklist and HCM Processes and Forms in SAP CRM and SAP HR respectively.

  • Remodel existing processes in HCM Processes and Forms to suite the SSO requirements by adding activities wherein SSO members can be included.

  • Integrate a HCM process to a service request.

  • Control the SSO backend process by adding manual and/or automated steps to existing HCM processes. These steps can be added at the beginning, in the middle, or at the end of an HCM process.
