Change Attributes to a Group of Intellectual Properties

For multiple IPs that you select, you wish to change the value for the attribute Content Category from Drama to Thriller.

Mass Change Procedure

  • Access the mass change procedure from the Operations work center.

  • Carry out a Select IPs step to select the Intellectual Properties that you wish to change.

  • Carry out a Select Content Categorizations step to select the content category Drama.

  • Carry out a Change Content Categorizations step to change the selected content categories to Thriller.

  • Apply your changes.

  • Check your operation results – if errors occur, review the message log or message log details as applicable.

  • Save your changes when you are finished.

Terminate the Rights to Multiple Intellectual Properties

As a result of a library being sold, you need to terminate the rights to multiple Intellectual Properties.

Mass Change Procedure

  • Access the mass change procedure from the Operations work center.

  • Carry out a Select IPs step to select the Intellectual Properties that are part of the library that you have sold.

  • Carry out a Change Rights Owned — Rights Scope step to change the Valid To date.

  • Apply your changes.

  • Check your operation results – if errors occur, review the message log or message log details as applicable.

  • Save your changes when you are finished.

Change the Rights Dimensions Values of Selected Intellectual Properties

Individual rights dimension values Merchandising –> Men –> Footwear and Merchandising –> Women –> Footwear are consolidated into the new rights dimension value Merchandising –> Leather –> Footwear and you need to change all Intellectual Properties with the original rights dimension values (Rights Owned – Rights Group).

Mass Change Procedure

  • Access the mass change procedure from the Operations work center.

  • Carry out a Select IPs step to select the Intellectual Properties that have rights owned – rights group values of Merchandising –> Men –> Footwear and Merchandising –> Women –> Footwear.

  • Carry out a Change Rights Owned – Rights Group step on all the selected rights owned – rights groups (changing the value to Merchandising –> Leather –> Footwear).

  • Apply your changes.

  • Check your operation results – if errors occur, review the message log or message log details as applicable.

  • Save your changes when you are finished.
