The business function Product Enhancements 2 for Utilities provides you with the following features:
Individual Selling of Materials and Services in PFC
This features enables you to sell materials and services without using the package functionality.
You can now use the Product Finder and Configurator to sell materials (such as a washing machine) or services (such as tradesperson costs or boiler maintenance) separately, that is independently from a utility-specific product.
Prices and Consumption on Summary Page in Sales Process
As part of the guided procedure in the sales process, the summary page shows consumption and prices of products for quotations and contracts in the Interaction Center. You can display consumption and prices for new quotations or contracts on a single page and check whether any changes made to the product affect the price.
Support of Mobile UI for OData Service for PFC
The mobile user interface for the OData Service allows to use the PFC functionality in an webbased environment using Gateway and ODATA technology. It has been improved with regard to performance and display.
