As of version 10.30 of the client groupware integration component, you can display related information in Microsoft Outlook appointments and tasks, in a separate pane. The pane is displayed on the right-hand side of the appointment/task and is read-only.
The information displayed in the pane is updated when data is synchronized in either direction.
You are using Microsoft Outlook 2007 or 2010.
The following sections can be displayed in the business information pane:
Account
Account Address
Contact Person
Attendees
Reference Transaction
Only transactions of the type Activity
, Campaign
, or Opportunity
are displayed.
As an administrator, you can determine which of the above types of information appear in the pane, and precisely which data is displayed. You do this in Customizing for Customer Relationship Management,

In the business information pane, all phones numbers have the following format:
+ <Country Calling Code> (<Phone Number>) <Extension> (for example, +1 (3474080) 233)
The country calling code is defined in Customizing for Customer Relationship Management,

If a leading zero for the country is defined as a deletable digit in this Customizing activity (field Digit del.
), it is not synchronized to the groupware client.
