Function documentationRead Business Partner Data

 

You can use this function to read specific business partner data from SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and use this in Social Services. You use the pre-defined BRFplus expression type Read CRM BP (EXTY_CRM_BP_READ).

If you want to use this function, you must activate the business function Social Services - Benefit Calculation (CRM_IPS_4S_1) and the business function Social Services - Benefit Calculation and Payment (ERP_IPS_4S_1).

Features

Select the attributes to be read in the Business Partner tree. The attributes are grouped as follows:

  • Central Data

  • Personal Data

  • Organizational Data

  • Group Data

  • Address Data

  • Customer Enhancement Data

Define the attributes that the system is to read from the CRM business partner data by selecting individual attributes from the groups or entire attribute groups. If you want to read all CRM business partner data that has been pre-defined in the BRFplus expression type Read CRM BP, select the entry Business Partner.
