You can use this DataSource to extract all required information for inbound customer contacts performed during a marketing activity.

Delta update

Delta update is not supported for this DataSource. The DataSource uses a function module to fill the fields in extraction structure CRMT_CONTACT_IN. The Delta mechanism uses the CREATED_AT field in the extraction structure as its time stamp for the Delta upload.
