Function documentationSubsequent Processing for a Banking Customer Quote

When you have finished maintaining a banking customer quote, the system carries out subsequent processing. Subsequent processing involves a NewLoan Boarding business process. This business process involves the creation and update of the operational objects in the connected SAP back-end systems after the banking customer quote has been legally signed in the CRM system.

Depending on the configuration, the onboarding process for new loans can include the following process steps:

  • The banking customer quote is read and relevant data is sent to the account-managing system.

  • The business partner is updated with the back-end system-related client roles. The business partner data is then replicated in the corresponding business partner roles in the relevant back-end systems.

  • A banking sales contract is created in the CRM system.

  • The loan contract is created in the connected account-managing system

  • If required, the individual valuable and collateral constellation data is created in the connected collateral-managing system.

To use this function, you must activate the business function CRM-FS, Guided Loan Origination Process (CRM_FS_NBRNWL_1).

Integration

A cross-channel process object type NewLoanBoarding can act as a mediator between Business Process Management (BPM), CRM WebClientUI, other channels, such as workflow, end-of-day processing, and the backend systems.

The business logic for the onboarding process for new loans is based on the business rules defined in the Business Rules Framework Plus.
