You can change the version status from the product modeling for the utilities industry (PMU) overview page. The status is changed using a button from which you can select a possible status. For more information, see Status Change.

Version fields can be changed using the PMU or product overview page. The button is displayed on the PMU overview page if the product has the status In Process or Active for Testing. If the product has the status Released, the edit button is no longer displayed and a new button New Version appears, since changes can no longer be made using the PMU if the product has the status Released. General fields in the product with the status Released can however still be changed, such as the field Product Description.
