Use

The DataSource loads the parameters from the data mining model Trade Promotions: Scoring: Uplift Factor ( 0CP_UPLI_FCT ) from a text file into the ODS object Promotion Knowledge Base Consolidation ( 0CP_SLSO1 ). The parameters are combinations of the Tactic and Sales Category characteristics with individual price reduction values (for example, 2 %, 4 %, 6 %, and so on.). The DataSource loads the parameters together with the keys CRM Marketing Element and Product into the ODS object .

Creating the Text File

As a basis for creating the text file, you can create a query on the InfoCube Sales and Trade Promotion (Planned+Actual) ( 0CP_SLSC6 ). The query selects the characteristics CRM Marketing Element (0CRM_MKTELM), Product (0CRM_PROD), Sales Category (0PR_CAT_SAL), Tactic (0CRM_TACTIC) and Price Reduction ( 0PRICE_RED ).

Fill the text file fields as follows:

The text file must contain a data record for each combination of the characteristics Sales Category (0PR_CAT_SAL), Tactic (0CRM_TACTIC), and Price Reduction (0PRICE_RED) you want to predict.
Each data record must be clearly identified by a combination of the fields CRM Marketing Element (0CRM_MKTELM) and Product (0CRM_PROD).
Fill the Price Reduction field (0PRICE_RED) with discrete values, for example, for price reductions (in %) 2, 4, 6, and so on. If the data mining model belongs to the linear regression function type, two markers are sufficient.

Delta update is not supported for this DataSource.
