Background documentationPrice Determination for a Banking Customer Quote

In a standard system, banking customer quotes are configured not to use the pricing functions offered by SAP CRM.

For banking customer quotes, the standard price conditions are queried from the Financial Conditions component CA-FIM-FCO in your connected account-managing system and are not stored in SAP CRM. You can copy a determined condition and make individual settings for it.

After the standard price determination, you can also apply special prices based on the defined business rules. During negotiation with the customer, you can change both standard conditions and applied special prices within the limits defined.

Only the negotiated price conditions and all the payment conditions are stored as individual conditions for a product variant in the banking customer quote. The price and payment conditions determined for a banking customer quote are negotiated using BRFplus business rules. For more information, see BRFplus for Account Origination.

The condition fixing period and condition determination date are specified at variant level.

Prerequisites

You have activated the business function CRM-FS, Guided Loan Origination Process (CRM_FS_NBRNWL_1).

Customizing Settings
