The user parameter CRM_ISU_PROD_SALE can be used to simulate products that are no longer valid as saleable products so that the sale of these product can be tested.

When a product is sold, the system selects the most recent version with the status Released. If only one version is available and this has the status In Process, the system selects this during the sale. In the case of products with several versions in which the most recent version has the status In Process or Active for Testing, the system uses the most recent released version.

You can allow the test sale of products with several versions, which currently have the status In Process or Active for Testing. You can test the selling of products in both test systems and production systems. To do this you must make the following entries in the user parameters in the system in the menu under System -> User Profile -> Own Data -> Parameters

These entries mean the system ignores the validity date of the sales product. The system uses the current version of the sales product even if the current verion is for example found in the future or the past. Assigned product modules or reference products are not changed.
