New Functions for Cases
  • You can specify the type of incident to be created automatically for a new case.

  • It is now also possible to specify that an incident should not be automatically created for a new case.

  • You can define whether or not the Hidden Flag, Security Level and Employee Responsible of the staff and units of a case should be inherited by all related entities of the case.
