) processes.

You can now define whether or not a relationship can be created to a closed case.
Define what and how many entries appear in the worklists of your assignment blocks.
For example, you can configure the worklist of the Cases
assignment block to display 10 cases with the status In Process
.
You can define which fields of a person to anonymize and what should be displayed in these fields after the anonymization date.
You can specify the type of incident to be created automatically for a new case.
It is now also possible to specify that an incident should not be automatically created for a new case.
You can define whether or not the Hidden Flag
, Security Level
and Employee Responsible
of the staff and units of a case should be inherited by all related entities of the case.
