This query provides you with an overview of service order lead times by category.

By default, the results of the query are restricted to the top 20 service order categories with the longest lead times. When starting the query you can change the number of query results as required, for example, to restrict the results to the top 10.

This query is based on the InfoProvider /CRMBW/SVO_C01.

To use this query, you must activate the business function SAP BusinessObjects Integration and CRM Interactive Reporting (CRM_ANA_BOB).
