Product Enhancements 4 for Utilities
provides you with new functional enhancements and features for the sales processes in SAP CRM for Utilities:
The Attribute Group Sorting
feature provides you with the possibility to define a certain sequence of the attribute groups for a PDO main item that corresponds to your business needs.
When you edit a specified PDO, you can define the order of the attribute groups by choosing the Add Group
button in the Attributes
assignment block, and choosing the Display Sub-PDO Groups
button in the dialog box that appears. Another dialog box then appears, displaying all attribute groups of the sub-PDOs. You can select the group or groups you need from the list. When you choose the Choose
button, the system copies the selected positions directly under the main PDO.
After simulation of the product has taken place, you can change the order of the group items using drag and drop.
The Transaction History
feature enables you to get an overview of the different statuses of a business transaction.
When you create a new transaction that relates to an existing transaction, a link is generated. This link provides you with information about the history of a particular business transaction. You can view this history in the Transaction History
assignment block in each business transaction. The transaction history for Utilities documents is displayed in Contract and Quotation Management
in the IC and Product Finder and Configurator
(PFC).
