Service Order Lead Time Trend 
Query: /CRMBW/SVO_C01_Q0005
This query provides you with an overview of the lead times for service orders over the last 12 months.
By default, the results of the query are restricted to the top 10 service teams with the longest lead times. When starting the query you can change the number of query results as required, for example, to extend the results to the top 15.
This query is based on the InfoProvider /CRMBW/SVO_C01.
To use this query, you must activate the business function SAP BusinessObjects Integration and CRM Interactive Reporting (CRM_ANA_BOB
).
