With this function you can display and trace the flow of BDoc messages within CRM middleware. Extensive selection options are available to you for creating a list, for example, on the basis of the site ID, flow context, user, and so on.

You can delete incorrect BDoc messages, trigger further processing of processed BDoc messages, and display a recipient list.

Activities

To display BDoc messages, proceed as follows:

  1. On the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Start of the navigation path Architecture and Technology Next navigation step Middleware Next navigation step Monitoring Next navigation step Message Flow Next navigation step Display BDoc Messages End of the navigation path.

  2. Enter the selection criteria that you require and choose Execute.

    A list of BDoc messages appears.

  3. You can display the following information for each BDoc message:

    • The BDoc message ID, the BDoc type including the description, and the status

    • Flow context *

    • Date and time the message was sent

    • Message type (error, warning, and so on) including the message text

    • Message class and the message number

    • Identification of the site

    • Name of queue

    • User (the person who created the message)

    • Identification that identifies the original message *

    • Identification that identifies the request message *

    • Identification that identifies the reference message *

    • Root ID

      Double-click to navigate to the information marked with *.

  4. You can process individual messages and display details as follows:
