Displaying BDoc Messages

With this function you can display and trace the flow of BDoc messages within CRM middleware. Extensive selection options are available to you for creating a list, for example, on the basis of the site ID, flow context, user, and so on.

You can delete incorrect BDoc messages, trigger further processing of processed BDoc messages, and display a recipient list.

Activities

To display BDoc messages, proceed as follows:

On the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Architecture and Technology Middleware Monitoring Message Flow Display BDoc Messages .
Enter the selection criteria that you require and choose Execute.
A list of BDoc messages appears.
You can display the following information for each BDoc message:
- The BDoc message ID, the BDoc type including the description, and the status
- Flow context *
- Date and time the message was sent
- Message type (error, warning, and so on) including the message text
- Message class and the message number
- Identification of the site
- Name of queue
- User (the person who created the message)
- Identification that identifies the original message *
- Identification that identifies the request message *
- Identification that identifies the reference message *
- Root ID
  Double-click to navigate to the information marked with *.
You can process individual messages and display details as follows:
