Calling Up SAP NetWeaver BI Transactions from SAP CRM Menu

The SAP Easy Access menu in SAP NetWeaver Business Intelligence (SAP NetWeaver BI) includes the transactions relevant for CRM Analytics, thereby giving you easy access to the functions available in SAP NetWeaver BI.

Integration

SAP NetWeaver BI transactions are called using the default RFC destination of your SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM) system for SAP NetWeaver BI.

Prerequisites

If your default RFC destination is not a dialog RFC destination, you need to create an additional dialog RFC destination and then assign it to your default RFC destination. You do this in Customizing for Customer Relationship Management by choosing Start of the navigation path CRM Analytics Next navigation step Assign Dialog RFC Destination for SAP NetWeaver BI End of the navigation path .

Features

If you run several SAP NetWeaver BI systems in your system landscape, you can specify a specific SAP NetWeaver BI system for each user in your SAP CRM system. For this, use the user parameter BI System (CRMBWSYSTEM) with the name of the RFC destination. If this parameter is not set for a user, the system allows that user to choose from all connected SAP NetWeaver BI systems (only source system connections, no simple RFC destinations).
