You can use the Easy Enhancement Workbench (EEW) to add customer-specific attributes and/or fields to the CRM WebClient UI and search function.

In the Customizing include wizard, you can specify the new attributes to be added to the CRM Case. As a result of these new fields, the field description, data type, and field length have to be maintained. In order for the new fields to appear in the user interface, you need to perform additional steps.
