During the gross calculation, you can calculate gross entitlements and determine gross payments. The system provides the following functions here:

  • Gross entitlement calculation

    The ERP System calculates gross entitlements for a social service plan and a social deduction plan according to rules. This process step produces a gross entitlement document (see Gross Entitlement Calculation).

  • Gross payment determination

    Following the gross entitlement calculation, the ERP System also determines the gross payments in an automatic background process. This process step produces a gross payment document (see Gross Payment Determination).

  • Mass processing for gross recalculations

    You can start a mass recalculation process in the ERP System to subsequently recalculate gross entitlements and gross payments, for example for legal changes. The system recalculates the gross entitlements and gross payments for several complete decision flows. This mass process produces gross entitlement documents and gross payment documents (see Mass Processing for Gross Recalculations).
