Fixed Sales Package

A group of items in which the header price has a designated price that can be different from the sum of the individual items in the sales package. From a marketing point of view it is expected that the header price would be cheaper than buying the items individually. The user cannot change the quantity of an individual item nor delete any items from this type of sales package.

Configurable Sales Package

A group of items in which the header price is the same as the sum of the individual items in sales package. The user can delete items or change the quantity of optional items in this sales package. In contrast to a fixed sales package, the header price is calculated.

Bill of Materials (BOM)

A group of items in which the header price is the same as the sum of the individual items in a sales package. The user can delete items or change the quantity of items in this type of sales package.
