You can use this business function to define a personal value list for business partner, business partner hierarchy, product, and product hierarchy attributes defined as part of value distribution. You can use personal value lists to speed up creation of strategic initiatives and activities. It is possible for the user to create, update, or delete personal value lists. You can use this function by enabling Saved Searches
by using personalization in the F4 help dialog box. This allows you to create saved searches for each object, which forms a kind of personal value list.

Personal Value List
You can now define a personal value list for business partner, business partner hierarchy, product, and product hierarchy attributes defined as part of value distribution. You can create your own search by defining your search criteria. You can achieve this by making use of the current search criteria or by making use of a saved search. This acts as your personal value list. Current search criteria or a saved search can be set as your default search using personalization in the F4 help dialog box. You can create search outside your personal value list by modifying the search criteria defined in the default search. You can also choose to automatically execute the default search or use it to only to pre-fill the search values.
