In the item details of a banking customer quote, you can analyze the collateral constellation for a subjected real estate property of the business partner:
You can read the existing collateral constellations for the business partner from a connected collateral-managing system. You do this to determine if the existing constellation has some free collateral value that can be used for the current banking customer quote (loan).
You can calculate the collateral constellation to identify if the coverage gap is met.
You can create collateral details (collateral agreement, charge, and scope) and then calculate the collateral constellation to identify if a coverage gap is met, and store the calculation parameters for the collateral constellation in the banking customer quote.
